The Directorate of Housing received the registered people of Al-Tajiyat Investment Project

Under the patronage of the Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, Eng. Nazanin Muhammad Wosu and in light of Cabinet Resolution No. (65) for the year 2021 and under the direct supervision of Eng. Haider Fadel Al-Mayali, Director General of the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities; on Sunday morning, 11-4-2021, the Directorate of Housing received the registered people of Al-Tajiyat Investment Project on its Grand Hall for the purpose of installing one of the options contained in the agreement signed with Sections General Contracting Company.
The Directorate of Housing formed a committee headed by Dr. Zainab Salman, head of the Investment Division in the Directorate, to explain the details, instructions and how to fill out the forms that include a number of options:
-Terminating the contract and recovering the sums paid by the beneficiary to buy an apartment in the project.
- Continuing to maintain the housing unit, and I have no objection to terminating the contract with the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities and contracting with Sections Contracting and Trade Company.
-Continuing to buy a residential apartment in Al-Tajiyat residential project according to the new modified designs, and I have no objection to terminating the contract with the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities and contracting with Sections Contracting and Trade Company to buy an apartment and pay the price difference that will be determined by the investing company.
They will be received according to the schedule published on the social networking site, in order to reduce momentum, implement the instructions of the crisis cell, and achieve social distancing in order to preserve the safety of everyone.
