The Planning, Follow up and Development Dept./Training Division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction .,Housing , Municipalities and Public works held a course entitled (Archiving and Securing Documents). A number of employees from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Mr.Ali Majeed.
The topics covered included :
- Document management through archiving systems
- Electronic archiving and digital transformation
- Use of OCR technology
- Back up / archiving
The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted
