The Planning, Follow up and Development Dept./Training Division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction .,Housing , Municipalities and Public works held a course entitled (legal protection & the Duties of the employees). A number of employees from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by (Legal Expert Ahmed Atta).

The topics delivered included:

• How to define the employees
• Understanding the rights and the duties of the employees
• Understanding the restrictions of the employees .
• Understanding the prohibitions imposed on the employees during works.
• Understanding the employees rights.

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.

A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by eng.Maryam R.Hammoud.

The topics covered included :

• How to familiarized the participants with the drawing tools of autocad
• How to be acquainted with the editing tools in autocad
• Learning about the properties of elements

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction, Housing , Municipalities and Public Works held a course entitled(General Contract Conditions for Engineering Works Contracts ). A number of the engineers directorate participated along with the employees from the other companies. the course was delivered by Mr.  Engineer Ammar Dahi.the course included explaining the conditions of contracting works, the engineering and technical aspects of implanting employment contracts and addressing all related problems & difficulties.

Finally the participants underwent a test to review their information & the evaluation scores were granted.

A number of employees from the directorate participated. the course was delivered by Mrs. Bushra under the topic of quality .she covered the following:

1. What is ISO9001 and how to understand it.
2. Environmental risk of workplace.
3. Environmental regulations
4. Employees’ role in protecting the environment
5. Practical applications and exercises>

Finally the participants underwent a test to review their information & the evaluation scores were granted .

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works held a course entitled(Malware or malicious software ). A number of employees from the directorate participated in addition to the employees of the ministry formations. the lecturer Mr. Ali Majeed addressed many related topics such as :

• How the viruses are written and programed
• How they infiltrate vulnerable and unsecured systems and programs
• How to identify them, detect and remove them from infected system.

At the end, tests were conducted. certificates were distributed to all participants

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works held a course entitled(wage tax and its impact on entitlements ). A number of employees from the directorate participated. the course was delivered by Mr. Nassir. he explained how to calculate tax on entitlements , prepare salary and wage schedules. and the reasons of imposing taxes on certain types of entitlements. he also reviewed the legal references and mechanism of deduction in addition to explain the roles of financial department, reviewing information and issuing tax classification codes. the course concluded with general discussion and the presentation of questions by the participants.

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in ( The housing Directorate).one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction .,Housing , Municipalities and Public Works, held a course entitled “Cyber Security and Social Engineering “number of employees working in the field of computer science participated in the course which included lectures delivered by Karrar H. Hassan :
• How to recognize different types of threats and how to deal with them.
• Protecting public & private data .
All participants underwent a test to assess their information retention & certificates of participants were granted

The Planning, Follow up and Development Dept./training division in the housing directorate one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works held a workshop titled ( Legal Procedures in Housing Disputes) . the lecture was delivered by Ms. Najlaa Ghazi , legal specialist, in which she explained how to draft statements of claim, clarify the procedures of filling the lawsuits until obtain judicial ruling.

The course included a test for all the participants to assign evaluation grade.

The department of planning& follow up./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works, held a course entitled (environment & occupational safety)with the participation of employees from various specializations. The lecture was delivered by Mr.Mundhir J.Sadiq( environmental expert .

The main topics of the course:

1. How to identify the environment.
2. Contaminated building
3. New buildings
4. New environment for the employees
5. First aid & how to help persons in distressed
6. How to apply the first aid methods.
7. Fires & its reasons.

The course concluded with the final exam for the participant to review the information and award evaluation scores.

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works, held a course entitled (addressing observations included in the reports of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit, with the participation of a number of employees from the ministry headquarters and the other related companies .the course was delivered by Mr.(Hussein H. Kuaaed (head of the internal audit dept) & Ms.Salima Z.Shanoon(Manager of warehouse affairs) the course included several key topics mainly:

1. Introduction to the Federal Board of Supreme Audit (definition , tasks, objectives & legal powers.
2. Financial & administrative violations (implications of all administrative & financial violations).
3. audit observations and reports(definition of observation-the purpose of report preparation, types of reports & follow up of reports.
4. Steps of preparing responses and reasons for non-exemption and practical cases.

The course concluded with all the participants taking a test to review the information and award evaluation scores.
