The Planning, Follow up and Development Dept./Training Division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction .,Housing , Municipalities and Public works held a course entitled (Arabic Language Accuracy in Preparing Official Correspondence and Simplifying Governmental Procedures ). A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Mr. Ahmed Abdul zahraa
The topics covered included :
• Comprehensive spelling rules and adherence to correct orthography.
• Simplification of government procedures
• Preparing official correspondence
• Mechanisms for complementing and simplifying governmental procedures
The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.

A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Mrs Sajida.

The topics covered included :

• Definition of discretionary authority and its advantage
• Conditions required to enter tenders

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.

A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Asiya Qassim (Media Officer).

The topics covered included :

• How to develop women’s abilities and skills
• Overcomes challenges in women’s life in both personal and professional aspects

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.

Anumber of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Eng.Shaymaa Mahmood

The topics covered  included :

The participant were introduced to the concept of delivery and receipt, their importance in technical , financial, and institutional work. they were also introduced to the legal and regulatory texts that governs the delivery and receipt process.

The importance of including the agreed specifications in the contracts terms was emphasized. The participants skills in accuracy and documentation were developed

A number of employees from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by (Legal Expert Ahmed Atta).

The topics delivered included:

• How to define the employees
• Understanding the rights and the duties of the employees
• Understanding the restrictions of the employees .
• Understanding the prohibitions imposed on the employees during works.
• Understanding the employees rights.

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.

A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by eng.Maryam R.Hammoud.

The topics covered included :

• How to familiarized the participants with the drawing tools of autocad
• How to be acquainted with the editing tools in autocad
• Learning about the properties of elements

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction, Housing , Municipalities and Public Works held a course entitled(General Contract Conditions for Engineering Works Contracts ). A number of the engineers directorate participated along with the employees from the other companies. the course was delivered by Mr.  Engineer Ammar Dahi.the course included explaining the conditions of contracting works, the engineering and technical aspects of implanting employment contracts and addressing all related problems & difficulties.

Finally the participants underwent a test to review their information & the evaluation scores were granted.

A number of employees from the directorate participated. the course was delivered by Mrs. Bushra under the topic of quality .she covered the following:

1. What is ISO9001 and how to understand it.
2. Environmental risk of workplace.
3. Environmental regulations
4. Employees’ role in protecting the environment
5. Practical applications and exercises>

Finally the participants underwent a test to review their information & the evaluation scores were granted .

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works held a course entitled(Malware or malicious software ). A number of employees from the directorate participated in addition to the employees of the ministry formations. the lecturer Mr. Ali Majeed addressed many related topics such as :

• How the viruses are written and programed
• How they infiltrate vulnerable and unsecured systems and programs
• How to identify them, detect and remove them from infected system.

At the end, tests were conducted. certificates were distributed to all participants

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works held a course entitled(wage tax and its impact on entitlements ). A number of employees from the directorate participated. the course was delivered by Mr. Nassir. he explained how to calculate tax on entitlements , prepare salary and wage schedules. and the reasons of imposing taxes on certain types of entitlements. he also reviewed the legal references and mechanism of deduction in addition to explain the roles of financial department, reviewing information and issuing tax classification codes. the course concluded with general discussion and the presentation of questions by the participants.
