The Directorate of Housing organized a training course entitled (Bank Statement)

 

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Bank Statement) in which a number of accountants and financial auditors participated. The lecturer, Mr. (Naseer Asim Muhammad), addressed the following topics:

  1. Explaining the methods of matching the bank statement with the three methods.

A – The method of transferring the two balances to the correct balance.

B – The method of transferring the records balance to the statement balance.

C – The method of transferring the statement balance to the records balance.

  1. In addition to defining the reasons for the difference between the statement balance and the balance of the records and the recording treatments for the settlement entries for the bank statement.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to re-review the information and give them evaluation marks.

The Directorate of Housing organized a training course entitled “Internal Audit of the Quality Management System in accordance with the International Standard (ISO 19011:2018)”

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled “Internal Audit of the Quality Management System in accordance with the International Standard (ISO 19011:2018)” on (26-29 / 8 / 2024) in which the lecturer, Mr. (Ahmed Abdul Zahra Ali), discussed:

– Definitions, terms, principles of auditing and types of internal auditing.

– Stages of auditing (planning for auditing, implementing the audit, writing the report, correction and follow-up).

– Characteristics and diagnostic features of a good auditor and cases of non-conformity.

– Audit models.

– Techniques for implementing internal auditing.

The course  was attended by a number of employees in the quality management departments in the Ministry’s formations, internal quality auditors, quality representatives, and employees responsible for implementing procedures and instructions.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to re-review the information and evaluate the participants in the training program.

The Directorate of Housing organized a training course entitled (Occupational Health and Safety)

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, organized a course entitled: (Occupational Health and Safety) in which a number of employees participated at the Directorate’s headquarters.

The lecturer, Mr. (Munther Jaafar Sadiq), explained:

– Definitions of health and a safe work environment and worker safety.

– Fires, their causes, prevention and treatment methods.

– First aid and basic procedures for how to rescue an injured person if exposed to an accident.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and give them evaluation marks.

The Directorate of Housing organized a course entitled (Preparing the Basic Design for Cities)

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Preparing the Basic Design for Cities) which targeted engineering staff in all specialties and also technicians. The lecture was given by the Senior Chief Engineer (Zeina Habib Nasser) who gave a detailed explanation of:

– Identify the standards and planning determinants of cities.

– Reviewing the experiences of basic design for different cities such as   Baghdad.

– Types of basic designs.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to re-review the information and give them evaluation marks.

The Directorate of Housing organized a course entitled: (National Housing Policy in Iraq – Origin and its Impact on Resolving the Housing Crisis)

 

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled: (National Housing Policy in Iraq – Origin and its Impact on Solving the Housing Crisis) in which a number of employees participated. The lecturer, Engineer (Washyar Ameer Haider), gave a detailed explanation of:

– Origin of the National Housing Policy in Iraq 2010.

– Updating the National Housing Policy Document 2017-2022.

– The most important obstacles facing the implementation of the

National Housing Policy.

– What has been achieved from the National Housing Policy 2017 – 2022.

– Evaluation of the program within 5 years of implementing the policy.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to re-review the information and award evaluation marks.

Honoring Mr. General Manager Sadiq Al-Fartousi

The Undersecretary of the Ministry for Administrative Affairs, Mr. Mateen Al-Jaderji, honored Engineer Sadiq Muhammad Al-Fartousi, Director General of the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities. A certificate of appreciation was presented by Engineer Imad Nihad Mahdi, Director of the Training and Development Center affiliated with the Ministry’s headquarters, and Engineer Istabraq Sabah Abdul-Ridha, Director of the Development Department, on behalf of the Undersecretary, in appreciation of the efforts made, directives, proposals and direct supervision to prepare a comprehensive future study of the national housing policy by organizing a workshop entitled “Discussing the National Housing Policy in Iraq 2024-2030”.

The policy was prepared by an advanced cadre of the Directorate of Housing staff and under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Minister, Mr. Bangin Rikani, and the Director General of the Directorate of Housing, whose details and discussion sessions were presented in the central hall at the Ministry’s headquarters, and it was attended by a large number of advanced cadres at the Ministry of Construction headquarters and other ministries and international and local organizations with direct contact with the housing sector.

Engineer Al-Fartousi delivered the Minister’s speech, which included emphasis on the continuous preparation of studies , ideas and scientific and practical future visions that contribute directly to providing decent and suitable housing for all segments of society and effectively contribute to reducing the housing crisis in service of the nation and the citizen.

The Directorate of Housing organizes a course entitled (Preparing TOT Trainers)

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Preparing TOT Trainers( in which a number of employees from the Ministry’s headquarters and the Directorate and a number of other ministries participated, including (the Prime Minister’s Office, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Defense, the Directorate of Urban Planning and Shiite Endowment office).

The lecturer Eng. Hiam Ali Hussein, Head of the Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing discussed: –

– Explaining the basic introduction to the concept of training and preparing professional trainers.

– Identifying training methods, planning and organization.

– Identifying the training life cycle and effective presentation skills.

– Enriching participants with the concept of active learning and comparing it with the traditional method.

The course concluded with all participants taking a test to review the information and give them evaluation marks.

The Directorate of Housing organized a training course entitled (Learning PHP Web Applications)

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, organized a course entitled (Learning PHP Web Applications) in which a number of programmers and website workers participated.

The lecturer, Mr. (Nabil Abbas Saeed), explained the principles of (PHP) and its beginnings, the programs that operate the (PHP) language, and creating reports in the PHP language.

The course concluded with all participants taking a test to review the information and award evaluation marks to the course participants.

The Directorate of Housing organized a training course entitled (The Impact of Local Indicators on Sustainable Infrastructure)

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, organized a course entitled (The Impact of Local Indicators on Sustainable Infrastructure) in which a number of engineering and technical employees participated. The lecturer (Atyaf Kareem), explained sustainable housing as the focus of sustainable development.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and award evaluation marks to the participants.

The Directorate of Housing organized a training course entitled (Civil Case Procedures)

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, organized a course entitled (Civil Case Procedures) in which a number of legal employees participated.

The lecturer (Aseel Salam Abdul Razzaq), explained the civil case procedures in the Civil Procedure Law from the petition to the judgment becoming final.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and award evaluation marks.
