The department of planning& follow up./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works, held a course entitled (environment & occupational safety)with the participation of employees from various specializations. The lecture was delivered by Mr.Mundhir J.Sadiq( environmental expert .

The main topics of the course:

1. How to identify the environment.
2. Contaminated building
3. New buildings
4. New environment for the employees
5. First aid & how to help persons in distressed
6. How to apply the first aid methods.
7. Fires & its reasons.

The course concluded with the final exam for the participant to review the information and award evaluation scores.

The planning, follow up and development dept./training division in the housing directorate.one of the companies of the ministry of construction .,housing , municipalities and public works, held a course entitled (addressing observations included in the reports of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit, with the participation of a number of employees from the ministry headquarters and the other related companies .the course was delivered by Mr.(Hussein H. Kuaaed (head of the internal audit dept) & Ms.Salima Z.Shanoon(Manager of warehouse affairs) the course included several key topics mainly:

1. Introduction to the Federal Board of Supreme Audit (definition , tasks, objectives & legal powers.
2. Financial & administrative violations (implications of all administrative & financial violations).
3. audit observations and reports(definition of observation-the purpose of report preparation, types of reports & follow up of reports.
4. Steps of preparing responses and reasons for non-exemption and practical cases.

The course concluded with all the participants taking a test to review the information and award evaluation scores.

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division at the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled “Arch Cad Advanced Initial”, in which a number of engineers participated, where the lecturer (Fatima Hussein Hammoud) introduced the participants to the possibilities of drawing buildings, their elements and external appearance.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and give evaluation marks.

 

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a training course entitled (Microsoft Word and Excel), in which a number of employees from all specializations working in the field of computers participated.

The lecturer (Alham Kazem Salman) discussed how to design a worksheet, make text modifications and formats, how to design a table in Excel and perform mathematical operations.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to re-review the information and award evaluation marks.

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Internal Combustion Engines) in which a number of employees, drivers and engineers participated.

The lecturer, Mr. (Rufat Saleh Ahmed), discussed the parts of the engine, types of engines, engine maintenance, modern hybrid and turbo car engines, electric cargo cars, naturally aspirated engines and direct combustion engines.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and award evaluation marks.

in which a number of workers in the field of information and communications technology and those wishing to learn skills in the field of networks participated. The lecturer, Engineer (Karrar Haider Hassan), discussed the basic concepts of networks, their types, methods of establishing them, their importance, and the benefits of networks and the devices used in them.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and give evaluation marks.

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a training course entitled (Advanced AutoCAD 2D) in which a number of employees from engineering specialties participated. The lecturer, Engineer (Maryam Rasheed Hamoud), addressed:

– An explanatory explanation of layers

– Layout

– Some professional elements in AutoCad

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and award evaluation marks.

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a workshop entitled (Earthquakes and their impact on buildings, their sources, measurement, seismic force calculation and recommendations for achieving resistant buildings) in which a number of engineers in the field of structural and architectural design participated.

The lecturer Engineer (Ruwa Abdul Lateef Abdul Hameed) discussed:

– An explanatory explanation of earthquakes, their causes and methods of measuring them.

– Calculating seismic forces according to the Iraqi Earthquake Code and the American Code ASCE 7_16.

– Determining the seismic design category of buildings (SEISMIC DESIGN CATEGOR).

– Defining the different seismic analysis methods with an explanation of some of them such as the equivalent static method and the response spectrum method and providing recommendations on choosing the appropriate structural system.

The lecturer (Salama Shawaz Jameel), discussed:

– Definition of the Unified Retirement Law (9) of 2014.

– Clarification and explanation of the retirement salary equation.

– Definition and clarification of all paragraphs of the law regarding retirement deductions.

– How to promote the retirement transaction.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to re-review the information and award evaluation marks.

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled Access Databases (Beginner / Intermediate) in which a group of employees working on the computer participated.

The lecturer, Engineer (Saad Basil Abdul Wahid), introduced the participants to:

– The importance of databases.

– Explaining what the program is with an explanation of its contents.

– Creating a simplified program from databases.
