The Planning and Follow-up Department/Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Provisions of Inclusion Law No. (31) of 2015) for the period from (25-29/2/2024) in which a number of legal and administrative employees at the Directorate’s headquarters participated in it.

The lecturer (Sajida Qasim Majeed) addressed several topics:

– How to apply the provisions of the inclusion law.

– How to appeal the inclusion decision

– Everything that the inclusion applies to and the entities issuing it.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and awarding evaluation marks to the participants.​

 

The Planning and Follow-up Department / Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, included a course entitled (Matching Bank Statement) for the period from (18-22/8/2024) in which a number of employees in the Finance and Control Departments participated, the lecturer (Alaa Jumaa Laibi) addressed: matching the bank statement and entries  procedures with an explanation of all their details.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and awarding evaluation marks to the participants.

The Planning and Follow-up Department/Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Photoshop) for the period from (11-15/2/2024).

A number of employees from all specializations in the Directorate participated in it, where the lecturer (Assistant Chief Engineer Sarah Hamid Taher), addressed several topics:

1. How to control the program and how to work on it.
2. Explanation of the program menus and layers.
3. Explanation of the program tools.
4. Explain how to process images, enhance them, and modify colors.
5. Explain how to use effects and adjustment layers.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and award marks to evaluate the participants.

The Planning and Follow-up Department/Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Principles of Drainage and Water Systems Designs for Buildings and Complexes (in which a number of engineers in the Directorate participated, and the lecturer Eng. (Ziyad Hamid Rasheed) discussed: –

-Definitions, terms and designs of water systems.

-Drainage designs and systems.

-Vent network designs.

-Rain water drainage designs.

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and giving a grade evaluation to the participants.

The Planning and Follow-up Department/Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (State Employees Discipline Law) for the period from 21-25/1/2024 in which a number of legal and administrative employees participated.

 

The lecture (Adhraa Hanoun Aliwi) dealt with introducing employees to the duties of public office, its prohibitions, punishments, and their effects.

 

The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and awarding evaluation marks to the participants.
