The Planning and Follow-up Department/Training and Development Division in the Directorate of Housing, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course entitled (Project Planning and Scheduling) for the period from (3-7/3/2024) in which a number of engineers working in the field of projects and planning participated. The lecturer (Ammar Hassan Ahmed) discussed several topics:
– Introduction to the content of project management.
– Preparing the project budget.
– Preparing the project schedule.
The course concluded with all participants undergoing a test to review the information and awarding evaluation marks to the participants.
