The Planning, Follow up and Development Dept./Training Division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction .,Housing , Municipalities and Public works held a course entitled (TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF ELECTRICAL WORKS). A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Eng.SamirA.Salman.

The topics covered included :

• Explanation of physical concepts of generating electrical charge ,in addition to the process of generating electrical energy through the solar panel.
• The storage of production , transmission and distribution.
• An explanation of how to calculate electrical loads in homes and review of technical specifications for electrical installations, including calculating cable diameter and conduit sizes

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.

A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by senior statistician Mrs.Ibtisam M. Shehab& senior statistician SamerF.Hassan.

The topics covered included :

• The concept of statistics
• The concept of sustainable development and its main dimensions
• The importance of statistics in sustainable development
• The role of the directorate of housing in achieving sustainable development
• The importance of sustainable development and the impact of each goal
