The Planning, Follow up and Development Dept./Training Division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction .,Housing , Municipalities and Public works held a course entitled (COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING BUDGETS, SALES PRODUCTION, WAGES AND SALARIES). A number of employees from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Mr.Nassir Asim.

The topics covered included :

• Introduction to comprehensive planning budgets, their components& the most important factors that affecting them.
• Advantages & disadvantages of planning budgets
• Key steps influencing the preparation budgets

 

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted

A number of employees from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Mr.Ahmed Abdulzahra.

The topics covered included :

• Definitions, terminology, principles and types of auditing.
• Characteristics and quantities of good auditor and the related responsibilities
• Stages of auditing
• Techniques for conducting internal quality audits.

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted

A number of employees from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Mrs.Salama Shawaz.

The topics covered included :

• Understanding mechanism retirement law.
• How to complete retirement procedures
• An explanation of how to calculate electrical loads in homes and review of technical specifications foe electrical installations, including calculating cable diameter and conduit sizes

The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.

• Methods of preparing the statement directly and indirectly.
• Advantages and disadvantages of each methods in preparing the statement.

The topics covered included :

• Introducing participants to the concept of bank statement reconciliation and the types of reconciliations.
• Identifying transactions that appear in the records but not appear in bank statements.
• Identifying transactions that appear in the records but not appear in records
• Recoding errors in both records and bank statements and the indicators that can be delivered from reconciliations, along with practical cases explaهning how to perform reconciliations

A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Eng.SamirA.Salman.

The topics covered included :

• Explanation of physical concepts of generating electrical charge ,in addition to the process of generating electrical energy through the solar panel.
• The storage of production , transmission and distribution.
• An explanation of how to calculate electrical loads in homes and review of technical specifications for electrical installations, including calculating cable diameter and conduit sizes

A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by senior statistician Mrs.Ibtisam M. Shehab& senior statistician SamerF.Hassan.

The topics covered included :

• The concept of statistics
• The concept of sustainable development and its main dimensions
• The importance of statistics in sustainable development
• The role of the directorate of housing in achieving sustainable development
• The importance of sustainable development and the impact of each goal
