The Directorate of Housing organizes a course on (the law of discipline of state and public sector employees and the law of inclusion).

The Directorate of Housing, Planning and Follow-up Department/Training and Development Division, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, organized a course on (the law of discipline of state and public sector employees and the law of inclusion).

The staff of the Ministry’s formations participated in it, and the curriculum of the course was lectured by Assistant Legal Advisor – and Assistant Director of the Legal Department in the Directorate of Housing Ms. Najla Ghazi Abbas, on Sunday, 17/7/2022 until 1/8/2022 for the purpose of promoting employees.

Several themes were presented in this course , the most important of which is the explanation of the concepts of the law of discipline of state and public sector employees and its related matters in terms of the duties of the employee and the prohibitions on him, penalties, their effects and procedures for imposing them and how to appeal disciplinary sanctions, as well as a detailed explanation of the law of inclusion and who are concerned with the inclusion and how to form investigative committees and ways to challenge them, in addition to a detailed explanation of some of the laws, regulations and administrative instructions currently in force, where the law of discipline of state employees and the law of inclusion is considered one of the important sources of information that all state employees benefit from.

One of the objectives of the course is to deepen the legal culture of each individual to obtain an understanding and awareness of the legal texts related to the employee’s work as well as to educate the employee before making an unintentional mistake and reminding them of disciplinary information.

At the end of the course, a test was conducted for all participants to review the material and compete among themselves.
