The Planning, Follow up and Development Dept./Training Division in the Housing Directorate.one of the companies of the Ministry of Construction .,Housing , Municipalities and Public works held a course entitled (INTERNAL AUDIT FOR THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ACCORDING TO ISO9001:2005 AND ISO 19011:2018 GUIDELINES). A number of engineers from the directorate headquarters and other companies participated. the course was delivered by Mr.Ahmed Abdulzahra.
The topics covered included :
- Definitions, terminology, principles and types of auditing.
- Characteristics and quantities of good auditor and the related responsibilities
- Stages of auditing
- Techniques for conducting internal quality audits.
The participants underwent a test to review the information & the scores of evaluation were granted.
